Demand that Obama Re-Legalize Marijuana Immediately

Demand the President Obama Implement the Immediate Legalization of untaxed, unregulated "Marijuana Self Cultivation" through a Special "Joint" Session of Congress

Demand that Obama Implement MERP immediately as a matter of National Security. This is the only policy that is guaranteed to destroy the Mexican Drug Cartels immediately and without another dime of American "Blood or Treasure" wasted on this senseless War on Marijuana Consumers. It might just transform the US Economy.
