Arizona: Solving
the Immigration "Problem" with Marijuana and E-Verify

The American Working Class is getting the shaft from Obama, the
Democrats, the Republicans, the Mainstream Media and the Global Elite
that controls them all. They are all trying to push forward
"Amnesty" for Illegal Aliens so that the Multi-National Corporations can
further erode the wages and benefits of Legal American Citizens.
Fortunately I have developed a action plan that will send millions of
Illegal Aliens back home without any hint of "profiling" : as has been
alleged with the recent Arizona law. And my plan will not
only repatriate many more Illegal Immigrants than the Arizona law: it
will also destroy the Mexican Drug Cartels without spending another
wooden nickel to the Mexican Narcocracy. Please sign the petition

The "Big
Picture" on Legal and Illegal Immigration
It is unforgivable that Obama has allowed as many as 138,000 Legal
Immigrants into this country on "Green Cards" during the very same
months that American Citizens were loosing as many as 700,000 jobs.
And at a time when real unemployment is at Depression levels it is
apparent that he is going to attempt to grant Amnesty to as many as 30
million Illegal Immigrants. He must be stopped as this will
destroy this country. I've got plan that I think the
American People are really going to like. And it will also destroy
the Mexican Drug Cartels without spending another single dollar.
Please spread this link far and wide.
But before you consider signing
the petition let's take a look at the "Big Picture." Why are we
allowing these hordes of Legal and Illegal Immigrants to come here at a
time when unemployment, among Legal American Citizens, is at levels not
seen since the Great Depression?
At the international level I think
Alex Jones has it nailed. According to Jones it is part of a
strategy to divide and conquer the American People through corporate
sponsored Legal and Illegal Immigration. According to Jones the
"End Game" is to force the United States into a "North American Union"
consisting of Canada, the United States and Mexico. Under this
plan US workers will be economically destroyed as labor will be able to
travel freely between all 3 countries. Obviously this will lower
the American Standard of living by saturating the American jobs market
with millions of Legal and Illegal immigrant workers. It will also
increase the institutionalized age discrimination that has already made
it nearly impossible for American workers, above the age of 40, to even
find a job.

Jones's "Fall of the Republic" which expand on "why" he thinks this is
occurring:

Republican senator from South Carolina. In March 2010 they talked
with President Obama about requiring biometric ID for all American
Citizens: supposedly to put an end to Illegal Immigrants taking American

The Right Way to Mend Immigration

Our immigration system is badly broken. Although our borders have become
far more secure in recent years, too many people seeking illegal entry
get through. We have no way to track whether the millions who enter the
United States on valid visas each year leave when they are supposed to.
And employers are burdened by a complicated system for verifying
workers' immigration status.
Last week we met with President Obama to discuss our draft framework for
action on immigration. We expressed our belief that America's security
and economic well-being depend on enacting sensible immigration
policies.
The answer is simple: Americans overwhelmingly oppose illegal
immigration and support legal immigration. Throughout our history,
immigrants have contributed to making this country more vibrant and
economically dynamic. Once it is clear that in 20 years our nation will
not again confront the specter of another 11 million people coming here
illegally, Americans will embrace more welcoming immigration policies.
Our plan has four pillars: requiring biometric Social Security cards to
ensure that illegal workers cannot get jobs; fulfilling and
strengthening our commitments on border security and interior
enforcement; creating a process for admitting temporary workers; and
implementing a tough but fair path to legalization for those already
here.
Besides border security, ending illegal immigration will also require an
effective employment verification system that holds employers
accountable for hiring illegal workers. A tamper-proof ID system would
dramatically decrease illegal immigration, experts have said, and would
reduce the government revenue lost when employers and workers here
illegally fail to pay taxes.
We would require all U.S. citizens and legal immigrants who want jobs to
obtain a high-tech, fraud-proof Social Security card. Each card's unique
biometric identifier would be stored only on the card; no government
database would house everyone's information. The cards would not contain
any private information, medical information or tracking devices. The
card would be a high-tech version of the Social Security card that
citizens already have.
Prospective employers would be responsible for swiping the cards through
a machine to confirm a person's identity and immigration status.
Employers who refused to swipe the card or who otherwise knowingly hired
unauthorized workers would face stiff fines and, for repeat offenses,
prison sentences.
We propose a zero-tolerance policy for gang members, smugglers,
terrorists and those who commit other felonies after coming here
illegally. We would bolster recent efforts to secure our borders by
increasing the Border Patrol's staffing and funding for infrastructure
and technology. More personnel would be deployed to the border
immediately to fill gaps in apprehension capabilities.
Other steps include expanding domestic enforcement to better apprehend
and deport those who commit crimes and completing an entry-exit system
that tracks people who enter the United States on legal visas and
reports those who overstay their visas to law enforcement databases.
Ending illegal immigration, however, cannot be the sole objective of
reform. Developing a rational legal immigration system is essential to
ensuring America's future economic prosperity.
Ensuring economic prosperity requires attracting the world's best and
brightest. Our legislation would award green cards to immigrants who
receive a PhD or master's degree in science, technology, engineering or
math from a U.S. university. It makes no sense to educate the world's
future inventors and entrepreneurs and then force them to leave when
they are able to contribute to our economy.
Our blueprint also creates a rational system for admitting lower-skilled
workers. Our current system prohibits lower-skilled immigrants from
coming here to earn money and then returning home. Our framework would
facilitate this desired circular migration by allowing employers to hire
immigrants if they can show they were unsuccessful in recruiting an
American to fill an open position; allowing more lower-skilled
immigrants to come here when our economy is creating jobs and fewer in a
recession; and permitting workers who have succeeded in the workplace,
and contributed to their communities over many years, the chance to earn
a green card.
For the 11 million immigrants already in this country illegally, we
would provide a tough but fair path forward. They would be required to
admit they broke the law and to pay their debt to society by performing
community service and paying fines and back taxes. These people would be
required to pass background checks and be proficient in English before
going to the back of the line of prospective immigrants to earn the
opportunity to work toward lawful permanent residence.
The American people deserve more than empty rhetoric and impractical
calls for mass deportation. We urge the public and our colleagues to
join our bipartisan efforts in enacting these reforms.
I don't think anyone is fooled by
these two traitors. Both have been long time advocates of Amnesty
for Illegal Aliens as well as advocates for more Legal Immigration.
And so is President Obama, who has never seen an American jobs that he
hasn't wanted to replace with a foreign worker.
And why would we want to usher in
Orwell's "Big Brother" by forcing every Legal American Citizen to carry
biometric ID with a link to a central data repository that will
eventually contain your most sensitive personal information. I
like my plan much better. The only people who will be
"biometrically" identified will be the Illegal Aliens and Visa
Overstays. And if they dare come back, after being deported, it
will result in years of hard prison labor. Read on, I think you
are really going to like this: especially if you've been out of work for
awhile and are a Legal American Citizen.
I also want to sensitize you to
one of the arguments that both Democratic and Republican "traitors" are
using lately. In point of fact McCain was using this argument as
far back as 1996 in order to fool the American People into accepting his
"Kennedy/McCain" Amnesty bill. Fortunately the American People
defeated the bill in both 1996 and 1997. The argument goes
something like this:
"First we will have to
secure the borders. And only then will we start to talk about a
pathway to citizenship for the 11 to 30 million Illegal Immigrants that
we have worked so hard with Multi-National Corporations to allow into
this country."
Of course the fact of the matter
is that over 70 percent of the American people do not want any Amnesty
for either Visa Overstays or Illegal Aliens. We just want to bring
back our jobs and manufacturing base so that we can, once again, bring
in enough money to pay our bills. "Securing the Borders" is a
solution destined to fail. There is no way we can stop Illegal
Immigration by wasting our time attempting to secure our borders.
No the only real solution is "Universal E-Verify." As part of my
plan every new and existent worker will be "E-Verified" to make sure
that they are Legal American Citizens. If they fail the test they
automatically loose their jobs. This is efficient and fool proof.
There is literally no way around it, if it is properly instituted.
And from the employer's standpoint all it requires is a PC that is
connected to the Internet: something all businesses already have.
Then there is my favorite argument
from these "traitors" that gleefully support Amnesty for Illegal Aliens
and Visa overstays:
"There is no way we are
going to deport 12 million Illegal Aliens. The only solution is to
grant them all Amnesty."
Really? Because I'm a
systems analyst and author of many database applications. And I do
have a "way" to deport as many of the 12 to 30 million Illegal Aliens
that have broken our laws to come here. It is fool proof.
And there would not be a chance in hell that they could circumvent this
plan. Furthermore it will not force the biometrical identification
of Legal American Citizens: just the Illegal Aliens.

An Alternative to the
Arizona Model which is more efficient and does not involve "profiling"
It has been nearly 10 years now
since I was replaced by an Indian Programmer. It wasn't my
performance that led to my termination. It was the fact that, at
46, my health insurance was going to cost the company nearly twice that
of a 30 year old worker. From the perspective of the company it
was time to do what so many US companies have been doing: replace the
American workers with a much younger, and cheaper, foreign worker.
My wife wanted to go part time so
I had to pick up the Health Insurance which was, after all, part of my
benefits package. It was just a matter of weeks before they
started finding fault with my work. Under the "at will" work laws
all a company needs to fire someone is a fabricated paper trail.
And that is why they started documenting every trivial thing they could
come up with to create a "paper trail."
After about a year of
psychological torture they were final able to fire me though it would be
determined much later that I was fired without cause. My
replacement? An Indian Immigrant in his late 20's. The fact
of the matter is that all Legal American Workers are getting screwed
because the Federal Government has chosen not to attend to the
Constitutional mandate to "secure our borders." But older workers
are getting hit the hardest. Corporations do not want to pay the
health care for older Legal American workers. But older workers
are facing institutionalized discrimination on the basis of their age
and the costs older workers pose to those corporations. And their
solution is to continue to allow much younger Legal and Illegal
Immigrants to migrate here, essentially displacing the older Legal
American Workforce. The fact of the matter is that the average age
of both Legal and Illegal Immigrants is 22 to 27 years of age. And
not a word about this in the Mainstream Multi-Nationally controlled
media.
Anyone else out there had a
similar experience? Anyone else out there tired of American
Workers being treated like a welcome matt that every foreigner gets to
wipe there dirty feet on?
I can hear my readers, right now,
saying what does that have to do with the nations strictest Immigration
law that was just recently passed in Arizona? And please note that
this bill was
supported by over 70 percent of Arizona voters.
The point is that the American
people really have three problems. Legal Immigrants, Illegal
Immigrants and President Obama.
You see any reasonable President
would say that we have to stop both, Legal and Illegal Immigration,
given the depression levels of unemployment amongst American Workers.
But instead President Obama appears to be working, with House leader Reid, to cram
"Amnesty for Illegal Immigrants down our collective throats.
Of course this means he fooled you
when he said Illegal Immigrants weren't going to get health insurance.
Technically he was telling the truth. Because once he legalizes
all 30 million of them (cause no one really knows how many there are)
they will be Legal Citizens when they are soon given Health Care.
They will also get Medicare, Medicaid, Unemployment, Social Security and
all other entitlements reserved for Legal American Citizens.
Let me ask all of the Legal
American Citizens a question. Do you feel like the government is
treating you like 3rd class citizens or worse? Are you tired of
being used as a welcome mat for all the Multinational Corporations that
are openly promoting both Legal and Illegal Immigration? Are you
having "buyers remorse" having voted for Barrack Insane Obama?
On Saturday, May 1st, thousands of
Illegal Aliens will take to the street demanding that Obama but make the
Legal American Citizens through a grant of Amnesty to as many as 30
million Illegal Aliens. Counter protesters have been warned that
they could face violence from these groups if they dare to attend.
Just minutes after the Arizona law was passed police were pelted with
rocks and bottles by hordes of Illegal Alien protesters that were "mad
as hornets" that this law was passed. Predictably this was largely
ignored by the Corporate Mainstream Media that censors anything that
deters from their goal of bringing in more Legal and Illegal immigrants.
Meanwhile Obama's useful idiot, Napolitano (head of DHS), talks about
challenging the Constitutionality of the bill so that Legal and Illegal
immigration can continue unabated:
Here is a video of one of the
Illegal Alien Protesters promising violence against American Citizens if
they do not get Amnesty. Again such videos were largely censored
by the Mainstream Corporate Media. Just wait till they become the
majority:

Well I've got a great alternative
to both the Arizona approach and the stupid idea of granting Amnesty
(e.g., giving Citizenship) to 30 million Illegal Aliens.
And as you read this consider one
thing. Whether we expel all of them, or most of them, the decision
should be made by the American People and not the Multi-National
Corporations that control the Media, Congress and President Obama.
I will expand on it more later.
But here is the plan in a nutshell.
(1) To take care of the Mexican
Drug Cartels, the most dangerous of the Illegal Aliens, we are simply
going to legalize the self cultivation of Marijuana for all adult
Americans. This will force these drug gangs, which now control
over 230 major American Cities, to go out of business in about 3 weeks.
You see you can "grow your own" for free and 70% of the Cartel money
comes from the sale of Marijuana.
This video outlines how the
American People could work together to force Obama to Legalize Marijuana
Self Cultivation in a period of weeks:
(2) To identify all of the Illegal
Aliens and Visa Overstays (foreigners that have overstayed there time in
this country) we will employ what I call "Universal E-verify." You
see E-Verify is 99.5% accurate in accessing whether you are a Legal
American Citizen. But currently this is only being used on new
employees and at only a few thousand companies. It also avoids the
use of "profiling" which all those pseudo-liberals just hate.
"Universal E-Verify" will be used for both new hires and current hires.
It will be used by every employer in the United States. You will
not be able to work if you have not been E-Verified. And anyone
that tries to fabricate identification will be subjected to a prison
term no less than 5 years.
(3) Biometric Identification.
It is not necessary to infringe on the rights of all Legal American
Citizens by making them all obtain a "National ID Card" as has been
suggested by some Congressmen. It is sufficient to just use it on
the Illegal Aliens and Visa Overstays. Once they are identified
through "Universal E-Verify" they will be forced to submit to "Biometric
Identification." This will include finger prints, facial picture,
iris scan, and anthropomorphic measurements.
(4) Repatriation. Once
identified as "here illegal" and biometrically identified it is time to
send them back home on their own dime. But before they go they
will be given this warning. Should you come back, and be
identified, you will be subjected to 10 years of hard labor: doing
whatever we decide you need to do.
(5) Anchor Babies. We are
about the only country that allows any baby, born on US soil, to
automatically be granted citizenship. This should end immediately.
(6) Amnesty. There will be
no Amnesty. Those deemed illegal will have a reasonable time to
make arrangement to go back home. We might want to require that
they wear wired ankle bracelets so that we can be sure that they don't
attempt to disappear. But even this might not be required if
"Universal E-Verify" is fully implemented because they will have no way
of acquiring employment.
